Description

Tempe, AZ: New Falcon Publications, 2003. isbn 1561841668. Deluxe, limited edition Hardcover. Large 4to. Variously paginated - but over a thousand pages. Original black leather, gilt title, etc. to spine and upper board, ribbon marker, patterned endpapers, index. B&w illustrations. Deluxe hand-numbered limited edition, this being copy no. 39. The Hyatt edition of this comprehensive single volume of Regardie's publication of the texts of the Golden Dawn. This is the master compilation of the magical teachings of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn of which Israel Regardie was an initiated Adept. The material in this volume is a highly improved version of the ground breaking material in the four-volume set by Dr. Regardie that revolutionized the Occult world in the late 1930s. It includes the Order's instructions in Ritual Magic, Invocation, Tarot, Qabalah, Enochian, Astrology, Esoteric Doctrine and more, along with the Order's Initiation Rituals. This edition includes a Foreword by the late Dr. Christopher Hyatt - this copy inscribed and signed by Hyatt on the title page. It also includes a complete Index and detailed Table of Contents, compiled by James Strain, to assist readers in their Golden Dawn studies. Corners and spine ends lightly bumped, boards lightly rubbed overall, top edge a bit darkened and dusty, darkening to lower corner of page edges, slightly shaken (as common with this very large heavy book), faint smoke odor. Still, overall a clean, unmarked better than VG copy. (no dust jacket as issued).

He began using his abilities to heal but felt he needed more guidance and training. He first connected with a national spiritual healing organization, only to be told he was doing everything wrong. Then, through a friend, he discovered shamanism.

The Voynich Manuscript The Voynich Manuscript
Clemens, Raymond
Yale University Press

Many call the fifteenth-century codex, commonly known as the Voynich Manuscript, the world s most mysterious book. Written in an unknown script by an unknown author, the manuscript has no clearer purpose now than when it was rediscovered in 1912 by rare books dealer Wilfrid Voynich. The manuscript appears and disappears throughout history, from the library of the Holy Roman Emperor Rudolf II to a secret sale of books in 1903 by the Society of Jesus in Rome. The book s language has eluded deciphe...
